SD-WAN – Remote Access
Contact our team to request VPN access for employees. Our sales and engineering teams will collect the necessary employee details, including names, email addresses and locations, to configure access through your Cisco Meraki Dashboard.
Midco will:
- Create individual user accounts
- Provide your team with:
- The dynamic domain name system (DDNS) of the Meraki device
- The pre-shared key (PSK) for the device
Each user will receive an automated email from Meraki with their login credentials.
The account’s admin will then follow the Cisco VPN OS Configuration Steps to set up the built-in Client VPN on each user’s device.
Notes:
- Midco will share this information with a single admin from your organization.
- All users connecting to the same Meraki device will share the same DDNS and PSK.
